About us

Aether Void emerged in November 2017, with a clear purpose: guide the listener through the deep, visceral realms of the human spirit, journeying across a smoldering cauldron of frustration, betrayal, class injustice, revenge and the yearn for redemption.
Under the influences of icons like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Iced Earth, in October 2018 the band laid down the tracks for their debut studio album “Curse Of Life”, released on March 29th, 2019, via Revalve Records. The album
unequivocally revealed the musical direction the band intended to follow: mixing modern and classic heavy metal to create riffs and beats that could resonate with the frustrations of a generation, transforming anger into a symphony of uprising.
Among this chaos, the song “Faithless Crusade” becomes an anthem for those unwilling to submit to imposed dogmas. Aether Void invites us to reason freely and to join them on a battle for individual opinions and the freedom of thought.
This song can be the trigger to free our mind from the shackles that restrain it, because it isn’t just a song, it’s a cry for rebellion against a system that perpetuates inequality; it’s a declaration of war against those who’ve
wronged us, against those who dared to oppress.
The 2020 pandemic struck hard, yet amidst the turmoil Aether Void found an unexpected opportunity for rebirth and artistic renewal; a change in the line-up brought new fire to the flame of the rebellion! This is what is narrated in
the EP “Rise Again”, released in 2022 and followed closely by their return to live activities. The excitement peaked in 2023 as the band entered the studio to record their new album, promising an electrifying continuation of their
musical journey.
Aether Void’s music is a sonic weapon, tearing through the oppressive structures that perpetuated inequality. The band’s onslaught will become a vessel for the frustration that boils beneath the surface and Rage and Grief will represent the battle cry to unleash the fury of social discontent.
Join the band as they challenge the status quo and ignite the spark of resistance against a world built on the suffering
of the marginalized. Let their melodies become the soundtrack to our rebellion, inspiring us to face our inner demons and emerge triumphant.
Rise from Grief, embrace the Rage, and let the Faithless Crusade begin!

Immediately very marked on metal, he began listening and playing Linkin Park, Metallica and Megadeth, and then slowly moved towards more extreme sounds and prog (Children of Bodom, Death, Opeth).
Despite the absence of projects or bands, for years Giovanni continues to play and train; perseverance is rewarded in October 2021 when he joins Aether Void, with whom he recorded an EP (Rise Again, 2022) and a full length (Of rage and grief, 2024).
Precisely thanks to Of Range and Grief the band launches into a series of dates in Italy and UK, with bands such as Stranger Vision, Derdian, Ancillotti, Secret Sphere, Domine and Mr. Big.
